To achieve the perfect manicure, lightly buff your nails and apply (1) PRIME BOND before dipping your nails into the powder. Repeat this step once and then apply (2) INSTANT ACTIVATOR, allowing it to cure for 1 minute. Shape, file, and buff your nails before applying (2) INSTANT ACTIVATOR again and allowing it to set. Finally, apply (3) FINISH GLOSS with light brush pressure, allowing it to dry for 1-2 minutes between coats.
